ZingKing (“we”) runs zingkings.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or order, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Order info: your name, phone number, delivery address (for delivery), optional email, what you ordered, your pickup/delivery time and notes.
  • Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Rewards: if you add your email or sign in, we keep your ZingCoins balance and order history.
  • Site usage: a random visit ID, the page you landed on and where you came from (for example TikTok or Instagram), and which order steps you reached. We don't use advertising trackers or sell this data.
  • Your device: we save your cart and contact details on your own phone (local storage) so you don't have to retype them.

How we use it

  • To make, deliver and contact you about your order.
  • To send receipts and order updates.
  • To send rewards reminders, deals and review requests only if you opt in (see Text messages).
  • To understand how the site is used so we can make ordering faster.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run our ordering: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database), Vercel (hosting), OpenStreetMap Nominatim (checking delivery addresses), and our text/email providers. We don't sell or rent your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for accounting and taxes. You can ask us to delete your rewards account and contact details at any time.

Your choices & California rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we don't sell personal information. Contact us at 909-654-6482 to make a request.

Kids

Our site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
